01 / BE THE ARTIST THEY CHOOSEGive the right client
a reason to choose you.
Start with one treatment you want more bookings for. Show your own healed results, explain who the treatment suits and answer the questions that help someone feel comfortable taking the next step.
Your advert and landing page should tell the same story: what the client wants, why they can trust your work and how to enquire. Clear pricing and expectations help the right people move forward.
Your starting point: Choose a treatment, three examples of your work and the question clients ask you most often.
02 / GET DISCOVERED LOCALLYBuild a route to you
beyond your next post.
Put that treatment message in front of people within a realistic travelling distance of your studio. Local Facebook and Instagram campaigns can give new clients a way to discover you alongside referrals and organic content.
Send them to a focused page with your work, client proof and one obvious next step. Keep a record of which campaign each enquiry comes from, so you can connect the marketing to actual bookings.
Your starting point: Identify the area you serve and the appointment slots you want to fill. Build demand around the capacity you actually have.
03 / TURN INTEREST INTO A BOOKINGMake every enquiry
feel looked after.
Someone asking about brows or lip blush may be comparing artists, thinking about healing or wondering whether the treatment is right for them. A helpful conversation builds the confidence an advert alone cannot.
Give enquiries a clear owner, a prompt response and useful follow-up. Once the client is ready, make choosing an appointment and paying the agreed deposit straightforward. Track confirmed bookings separately from enquiries.
Your starting point: Check who handles new messages while you’re treating clients, what happens after the first reply and how a booking is confirmed.
04 / BUILD CONSISTENCYKnow what’s working.
Build on it each week.
Look at the same simple numbers every week: advertising spend, new enquiries, confirmed bookings, deposits received and appointments attended. These show where the journey is moving and where people need more support.
Lots of enquiries but few bookings? Review the offer, conversations and follow-up. Few enquiries? Review the message, audience and landing page. Match any increase in marketing to the appointments you can fulfil.
Your starting point: Review the last seven days. Confirmed bookings ÷ enquiries gives your enquiry-to-booking rate; ad spend ÷ bookings from those ads gives your advertising cost per booking. Allow for people who take longer to decide.
