PMU Society Terms & Conditions
Detailed Membership Agreement with Digital Scaling Solutions (PMU Society)
This Membership Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Digital Scaling Solutions,
operating as PMU Society, located at Unit 35 Chancerygate Business Centre, MK11EQ, Milton
Keynes, England ("PMU Society"), and the undersigned member ("Member").
Terms of Membership
1. Acceptance and Fees
PMU Society Membership Perks
General Perks for All Members ($400 per month)
Program Access: Gain full access to a diverse range of skill-enhancing programs.
Systems Utilization: Utilize advanced systems for efficient learning and project management.
Guidance and Support: Access comprehensive guides and resources for effective program
navigation.
Software Access: Get exclusive access to specialized software tools to support skill
application.
Community Involvement: Join a vibrant peer community for networking, support, and
collaboration.
Self-Setup Capability: Enjoy the flexibility to tailor the experience to your preferences and
pace.
Commission on Referrals: Earn a 20% monthly commission on any successful referrals you
make.
Additional Perks for Ambassador Members ($997 per month)
In addition to the general perks, Ambassadors receive these exclusive benefits:
Managed Setup and Support: Receive personalized setup and ongoing support for your
membership activities.
Dedicated Appointment Setter: Benefit from a professional appointment setter to streamline
your schedule.
Calendar Management Services: Have your calendar professionally managed for optimal time
utilization.
Ads and SEO Management: Leverage professional ads and SEO management to increase
visibility and bookings.
Commission on Referrals: Earn a 20% monthly commission on any successful referrals you
make.
2. Performance Guarantee and Refund Policy
If a member doesn't achieve at least double their average PMU bookings in 3 months (90 days)
or doesn't get an average of 10 extra bookings each month over this period, they're eligible for a
refund of their Skool membership fee.
Refund Eligibility Criteria:
Program Completion: Members must complete the program and set up their systems within
the first 5 days of joining.
Application of Methods: Members should actively apply the program's methods, including
maintaining a recommended advertising budget of $30/£30 per day.
Booking Notification: If members don't receive at least 20 PMU bookings within the first 45
days, they must notify PMU Society.
Fair Booking Practices: Members should not intentionally refuse or avoid bookings to meet the
guarantee criteria.
Pricing Policy: Members must not increase their prices above the industry standard to
intentionally lower their booking rate.
Refund Criteria and Guidelines
Eligibility for Refund:
Doubling of PMU Bookings: The member must not achieve at least double their average PMU
bookings (or total 30 bookings) within a 90-day period.
Program Completion: Completion of the program and system setup within the first 5 days of
membership.
Application of Methods: Consistent application of the methods taught in the program,
including adherence to the recommended advertising budget of $30/£30 per day.
Notification Requirement: The member must notify PMU Society within 45 days if they have
not received at least 20 PMU bookings.
Fair Booking Practices: Members must not intentionally refuse or avoid bookings to meet the
refund criteria.
Pricing Policy Compliance: Members must maintain pricing within industry standard rates and
not inflate prices to reduce booking rates.
Options if Booking Goals are Not Met:
Option to Leave with a Refund:
If we do not meet the goal of doubling your PMU bookings or achieving the 30 bookings in 90
days, you have the option to discontinue your participation in the program.
In this scenario, you will be eligible for a full refund of your Skool membership fees.
To initiate this process, please notify us within 10 days following the 90-day period.
Option to Continue without Refund Eligibility:
Alternatively, you may choose to continue your membership beyond the 90-day period without a
refund.
By choosing to stay, you agree to forfeit any rights to a refund of your Skool membership fees,
but continue to enjoy the benefits and opportunities offered by the PMU Society.

providing the tools, resources, and guidance needed to help you thrive.
3. Member Responsibilities and Engagement
Active Participation: The Member agrees to actively participate in the community and implement
the procedures taught.
Community Standards: Members must not post negative connotations directed at PMU Society.
Effort Commitment: The Member agrees to exert their best efforts in implementing the
procedures and systems taught by PMU Society.
4. Intellectual Property and Usage Rights
Ownership: All systems, procedures, and content learned remain the exclusive property of PMU
Society.
Restrictions on Distribution: The Member agrees not to sell, distribute, or share the intellectual property provided by PMU Society.
5. Affiliate Program Benefits and Obligations (if applicable)
Commission: Members of the ambassador program are entitled to a 20% commission on Skool membership fees of affiliate members they refer.
Commission Terms: The commission is applicable only while the Member is an active and paying affiliate member.
6. Rights and Content Usage
Content Rights: PMU Society holds all rights to the course content and the results generated for marketing purposes.
Promotional Use: PMU Society may use the Member's success stories for promoting the community and the company.
This contract stipulates that Skool PMU Society and the PMU Society Ambassador's Club retain the rights to utilize, display, and refer to any results, achievements, or successes achieved by the member within the program, even after the member’s departure from the society or club. The right to use these results extends beyond the duration of the individual’s active membership and remains in effect indefinitely, even post-membership. This includes the utilization of any data, testimonials, case studies, or other forms of documentation that demonstrate the member's progress, achievements, or contributions during their time in the program. The society and club’s right to these materials is non-exclusive and does not require additional consent or notification upon the member’s exit from the program.
7. Membership Standards and Termination
Community Participation: PMU Society reserves the right to remove any member not upholding community standards.
Discretionary Termination: PMU Society can terminate a membership under any circumstances deemed necessary.
8. Disclaimer of Liability
No Responsibility for Harm: PMU Society is not responsible for any direct or indirect harm, including account bans, financial loss, or reputation damage.
Member's Discretion: Actions taken in connection with the program are at the Member's discretion.
9. General Provisions
Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Amendment: Any amendment to this Agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties.
Dispute Resolution: Disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the English legal system.
By signing below, the Member acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
10. The decision to register for this Program is your own, is voluntary and you have not been pressured or coerced into making this decision. Our materials and services are advisory and supportive only. No representations or warranties are made with respect to your results and you accept full responsibility for your results. You understand the primary determining factor of any results is dependent on you.
11. Constitution of Bookings: Definition of Booking A "booking" is hereby defined as a lead acquired through any method, which is subsequently scheduled into the client's calendar for an appointment or consultation. Counting and Timing of Bookings. Bookings shall be counted and documented on the day they are confirmed, irrespective of the actual date of the scheduled service. The recording of a booking is based solely on the act of scheduling an appointment or consultation, not on the execution of the service.
12. Information Sharing and Resolution of Discrepancies
The client is responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information regarding all bookings to the Marketer. In the event of any discrepancies or disputes related to bookings, both parties agree to engage in a cooperative effort to resolve these issues in good faith.
Waiver
13. The failure of either party to enforce any provision of this Agreement at any time shall not be interpreted as a waiver of the right to enforce such provision in the future.
Headings
Headings used in this Agreement serve solely for organizational purposes and do not affect the interpretation of the Agreement.
14. We shall use reasonable efforts consistent with prevailing industry standards to maintain the Program in a manner which minimises errors and interruptions. The Program may be temporarily unavailable for scheduled maintenance or for unscheduled emergency maintenance, either by us or by third-party providers, or because of other causes beyond our reasonable control, but we shall use reasonable efforts to provide advance notice in writing or by e-mail of any scheduled service disruption. However, we do not warrant that the program will be uninterrupted or error free; nor do we make any warranty as to the results that may be obtained from use of the Program. Except as expressly set forth in this section, the program is provided “as is” and we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
15. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, Digital Scaling Solutions Ltd and its officers, affiliates, representatives, contractors, and employees shall not be responsible or liable with respect to any subject matter of this agreement or terms and conditions related thereto under any contract, negligence, strict liability, or other theory: (a) for error or interruption of use or for loss or inaccuracy or corruption of data or cost of procurement of substitute goods, services, or technology or loss of business; (b) for any indirect, exemplary, incidental, special, or consequential damages; (c) for any matter beyond our reasonable control; or (d) for any amounts that, together with amounts associated with all other claims, exceed the fees paid by you to us for the program under this agreement in the 12 months prior to the act that gave rise to the liability, in each case, whether or not we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
16. Term of Acknowledgment and Guarantee Limitation:
Duration of Membership: Continuing membership in the PMU Society beyond a three-month period constitutes an acknowledgment by the member that the program has effectively met their expectations and needs. Money Back Guarantee: Members who remain in the program for more than three months are no longer eligible for the money back guarantee of their membership fee. This condition reflects the understanding that extended participation indicates satisfaction with the services and benefits received. Implication: By staying in the PMU Society beyond the three-month mark, the member implicitly agrees that the program has provided value, thereby waiving their right to claim the money back guarantee offered at the beginning of the membership.
17. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom and both you and Digital Scaling Solutions Ltd irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the legal courts in London, England. In the event legal action is brought to enforce any of these T&C’s of this Agreement, or to recover damages for a breach thereof, any legal action shall be filed in this area. This agreement shall be construed fairly and objectively and not strictly for or against either party. For the avoidance of doubt, this Agreement replaces any earlier agreements, representations or discussions. If anything in these T&C’s are inconsistent with our previous correspondence, this takes precedence.
18. Where applicable, taxes payable on our fees and expenses may be charged to you and will be clearly advised at the time of purchasing this Program. By accepting these T&C you agree to pay us an amount equivalent to the taxes imposed on these charges. Should you have any questions, please contact us by email (found in the community section of the Program).
19. Duration and Scope of Contractual Validity.
This contract remains binding and in full effect for the duration of the individual’s membership in either the Skool PMU Society or the PMU Society Ambassador's Club. The terms and conditions set forth in this agreement apply uniformly and continuously as long as the individual holds membership status in any of the aforementioned entities. The contractual obligations, rights, and benefits stipulated herein are active and enforceable throughout the member's tenure in the Skool PMU Society and/or the PMU Society Ambassador's Club, without interruption or alteration upon movement between these two tiers of membership. Membership in either the Skool PMU Society or the PMU Society Ambassador's Club signifies the member's ongoing acceptance and adherence to these contractual terms.
20. Contract Term Applicability Across Membership Tiers.
The terms and conditions outlined in this contract are applicable from the initiation of the Society Membership and continue to be effective upon progression to Ambassador Membership. Members transitioning from the standard Society Membership to the Ambassador Membership tier are bound by the same terms and conditions as outlined, with additional stipulations specific to the Ambassador Program coming into effect upon their transition. It is understood that the contractual obligations, rights, and benefits initiated in the Society Membership are seamlessly extended and integrated into the Ambassador Membership, ensuring a consistent and continuous contractual relationship. This clause ensures that members maintain their commitments and entitlements throughout their journey in the PMU Society, from initial Society Membership to any subsequent Ambassador Membership status.
By joining the PMU Society, you acknowledge and accept these terms, including the understanding that all charges are considered final upon joining. Refunds are not available, except under circumstances outlined in our guarantee, as detailed in the clause above. Additionally, it should be noted that further fees, such as a phone charge, may be applied at a variable rate.
Your joining signifies your acknowledgment and agreement to all terms of this Agreement. This includes authorizing Digital Scaling Solutions to initiate charges to your account for all payments from the date of your joining, as well as acknowledging the possibility of variable rate charges for additional services.

We do not sell your data. Your information will never be sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.Internal Use Only: We only share data internally to provide, improve, and maintain the Pimu service. For example, conversations may be reviewed to identify how Pimu can respond better to your requests.Data Security: We employ industry-standard security measures to ensure that your data is protected from unauthorized access or misuse.
Retention: We retain your data for as long as necessary to provide the Pimu service and meet our business objectives. Data may be anonymized for long-term research purposes.Deletion Requests: You may request the deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting our support team. Upon request, we will remove any personal identifiers from stored data.

PMU Society Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions
By participating in this program, you agree to the following terms and conditions, which are designed to foster transparency and fairness while ensuring a mutually beneficial partnership.
To be eligible to earn commissions through the PMU Society Affiliate Program, you must:
Be an active and paying member of PMU Society.Be currently in contract with PMU Society, with no outstanding membership dues or payment issues.
Membership status will be periodically reviewed to ensure compliance with these eligibility requirements.
Eligible affiliates are entitled to a
20% commission
on the total payment made by clients they refer. The following conditions apply:
Payment Timing: Commissions will be paid 30 days after the referred client’s payment has been received and has surpassed the client's guarantee period. This timeframe is designed to account for any potential refund or cancellation requests during the client’s initial period with PMU Society.Monthly Payments: Commission payments will be made on a monthly basis following the initial payout and will continue as long as the referred client remains an active, paying member.
In some cases, PMU Society may, at its sole discretion, offer reductions on your ongoing membership payment in lieu of cash commission payouts. This arrangement can be beneficial for affiliates who wish to offset their membership fees and minimize out-of-pocket expenses. To request a reduction in your membership fees in place of a cash commission, please contact us to discuss your specific arrangement.
Minimum Payout Threshold: Payouts are subject to a minimum threshold amount as outlined in PMU Society’s affiliate policy. If the threshold is not met, the commission will carry over to the next month until the threshold is reached.Payout Method: Commissions are paid via bank transfer or other designated payment methods accepted by PMU Society.Affiliate Responsibility: Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment information and keeping it updated. PMU Society will not be held liable for missed payments due to incorrect information.
PMU Society reserves the right to change, amend, or discontinue the Affiliate Program and its terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to active affiliates and will take effect immediately unless otherwise specified.PMU Society reserves the right to review and validate referrals to ensure compliance with our ethical and contractual standards.
PMU Society reserves the right to terminate any affiliate relationship should the affiliate no longer meet eligibility requirements, violate the terms and conditions, or engage in fraudulent or unethical activities. In such cases, commissions may be forfeited, and the affiliate will no longer be entitled to payouts.
