PMU Society Terms and Conditions

Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") are entered into between Digital Scaling Solutions Ltd, operating as PMU Society, Digital Scaling Solutions Ltd, located at Unit 35 Chancerygate Business Centre, MK11EQ, Milton Keynes, England ("PMU Society"), and the undersigned Member ("Member"). By joining PMU Society, you agree to abide by these terms.
Terms of Membership
1. Membership Tiers and Fees
Membership is offered on a subscription basis, with the following tiers:
Member ($400/month): Fully DIY membership with tools and resources to implement strategies independently.
Access to guides, templates, and software to support business growth.
Member+ ($747/month): Assistance with ads and automations to support lead generation and booking systems.
Includes partial setup and support to enhance performance.
Ambassador ($997/month): Full-service membership with managed setup, ad campaigns, automations, and ongoing support. Includes dedicated appointment setters and calendar management.
General Member Benefits:
Access to advanced learning systems and tools.
Networking opportunities with a peer community.
Opportunity to earn a 20% commission on successful referrals.
Membership fees are final and non-refundable, except under the terms outlined in Section 2 (Performance Guarantee and Refund Policy).
2. Performance Guarantee and Refund Policy
This updated guarantee applies only to memberships commencing on or after January 24, 2025. Members who joined prior to this date will remain under the terms of the previous guarantee.
PMU Society offers a 3-month Guarantee, which includes:
A full refund of program fees.
An additional ($/£)1,000 cash reimbursement if specific conditions are met.
Eligibility Criteria:
Ad Spend Requirement
Members in Member+ and Ambassador tiers must maintain a minimum daily advertising spend of ($/£)30 on Meta ads for 90 consecutive days, starting no later than 7 days after joining.
Program Setup
All tasks in the onboarding checklist must be completed, and systems must be set up within the first 7 days of joining. Evidence of this must be submitted by the 30th day of membership.
Booking Requirements
Members in Member+ and Ambassador tiers must achieve at least 10 bookings per month. If this goal is not met, the Member must notify PMU Society via their designated account calendar within 7 days after the 30-day period ends.
To remain eligible for the PMU Society Guarantee, the Client agrees to the following pricing and offer conditions:
No Price Manipulation – The Client may not artificially increase their treatment prices before or during the guarantee period to circumvent eligibility requirements.
Any attempt to increase prices to limit bookings will render the guarantee null and void.Maximum Allowable Price Adjustment – The Client may not increase their standard pricing by more than 20% during the guarantee period.
If a price increase exceeding this threshold is identified, the guarantee is forfeited.Mandatory Offer Compliance – The Client must actively run the specific promotional offer designated by PMU Society, which is currently £100 / $100 off the original treatment price.
The discount must bring the treatment price back down to its original pre-offer rate. Failure to run this promotion as specified will invalidate the guarantee.Verification & Enforcement – PMU Society reserves the right to monitor and verify pricing and offer compliance through independent audits, client communications, and booking data. Non-compliance with these terms will result in the immediate termination of the guarantee without refund or further obligation from PMU Society.

Transparency and Proof
All bookings must be tracked in the PMU Society system. Members must provide full and transparent access to booking calendars, ad accounts, and other relevant data. Misrepresentation voids eligibility for the guarantee.
Eligibility for the Guarantee
To be eligible for the guarantee offered by PMU Society, clients must fulfill the following requirements:
Completion of Task Sheet: The task sheet provided in Module One or Classroom One must be fully completed within 30 days of joining the program.
Submission to Account Manager: The completed task sheet must be submitted to the assigned account manager within the 30-day period. This submission demonstrates that the client is actively participating in and understanding the program.Effort and Engagement: If assistance or guidance is needed, clients are required to proactively ask for help within the 30-day timeframe.
Ad Spend Requirement: Clients must spend a minimum of $30 (USD) or £30 (GBP) per day on ads for at least 83 consecutive days after joining. This includes a seven-day grace period for setup and launching ads.Course Participation: All members, including general members and ambassadors, must fully complete the program, ensuring they understand and apply its principles.
Failure to meet these requirements, including the ad spend, task sheet completion, or engagement with the program, will void the guarantee. These conditions are designed to ensure that clients are actively participating and implementing the strategies taught in the program.
By joining PMU Society, you acknowledge and accept these eligibility conditions for the guarantee.
Refund Issuance:
If these conditions are met and 30 bookings within 90 days are not achieved, PMU Society will issue:
A full refund of program fees.
($/£)1,000 cash reimbursement as a goodwill gesture.
Exclusions:
Failure to meet the ad spend requirement or program setup deadlines.
Lack of transparency in providing data for audit purposes.
Pricing adjustments beyond industry standards to reduce booking potential.
3. Member Responsibilities and Engagement
Members are responsible for:
Active participation in the program and implementation of all strategies provided.
Maintaining professional conduct and upholding community standards.
Promptly notifying PMU Society if program benchmarks are not met.
4. Membership Features
Member ($400/month): Access to tools, templates, and resources for DIY strategy implementation. Guides for ad setup and automation.
Member+ ($747/month): Includes setup support for ads and automations. Managed ad strategies to enhance lead generation.
Ambassador ($997/month): Full-service, hands-on support. Includes dedicated appointment setters, calendar management, ad management, and ongoing optimization.
5. Intellectual Property and Usage Rights
All materials, systems, and content provided by PMU Society remain its intellectual property.
Members are prohibited from distributing or selling proprietary information.
6. Affiliate Program
Members may earn a 20% referral commission on successful sign-ups, provided:
They remain active, paying members.
Referrals meet all terms of their own agreements.
7. Membership Standards and Termination
PMU Society reserves the right to terminate membership at its discretion for violations of these terms.
Members are expected to uphold community values, refrain from defamatory statements, and demonstrate good faith participation.
8. Disclaimer of Liability
PMU Society is not liable for:
Business risks, including ad performance or no-shows.
Indirect or consequential damages.
9. General Provisions
Governing Law: This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Dispute Resolution: Disputes will be resolved via arbitration under English law.
10. Guarantee Limitation Post-Membership
Remaining in the program beyond 90 days signifies Member satisfaction and waives eligibility for refunds.
11. Consent and Data Use Policy
By joining PMU Society, Members authorize the collection and use of anonymized data for performance analysis and program improvement. For details, refer to the Privacy Policy.
As part of your PMU Society subscription, you may be granted access to a hosted website platform. This website service is powered by external software owned and operated by
Digital Scaling Solutions Ltd
, and is provided to Members as part of the membership package through the
Skool platform
.
Included Access with Skool Membership
While your Skool membership remains active and in good standing, access to your PMU Society-branded website will be included in your subscription at no additional cost.
Post-Skool Cancellation Terms
If you choose to cancel your Skool membership but wish to retain access to your website, you may do so under the following conditions:
The website will remain hosted by Digital Scaling Solutions Ltd.Functionality may be reduced compared to the version included with active Skool membership.A monthly fee of $79 will be required to maintain hosting and basic access to your website.Failure to pay this fee will result in your website being taken offline after a 14-day grace period.
Limitations and Ownership
The website is hosted and maintained on systems owned and controlled by Digital Scaling Solutions Ltd.You do not gain ownership of the website platform or underlying software by virtue of your membership.You are responsible for the content you upload and for complying with local business and advertising regulations.
PMU Society and Digital Scaling Solutions reserve the right to modify the terms, pricing, or functionality of the hosted website at any time, with prior notice to affected Members.
Use of Testimonials, Results, and Success Stories
By joining PMU Society, you acknowledge and agree that any testimonials, results, or statements of monetary success that you or your business achieve through participation in our programs, services, or offerings may be used by PMU Society and its parent company, Digital Scaling Solutions, for promotional purposes.
This includes, but is not limited to, advertising campaigns, marketing materials, social media posts, website content, and other promotional or educational content. By joining, you grant PMU Society and Digital Scaling Solutions a perpetual, irrevocable, and royalty-free license to use such testimonials, results, and success stories in any format or medium, with all rights reserved.
You also confirm that your participation and agreement to these terms serve as consent to the use of your success for promotional purposes, without requiring further approval or compensation.
Currency and Pricing Adjustments
All pricing and monetary references in US Dollars (USD) apply exclusively to customers based in the United States. Similarly, all pricing and monetary references in British Pounds (GBP) apply exclusively to customers based in the United Kingdom.
Any changes to pricing, including adjustments or guarantees, must be agreed upon in writing prior to implementation. PMU Society reserves the right to adjust pricing at its sole discretion. Such changes shall not constitute a breach or alteration of the original agreement, provided any adjustments comply with prior written agreements where applicable.
At PMU Society, our Terms and Conditions outline the guidelines, responsibilities, and policies for using our website and services. Please note that fluctuations in pricing between USD and GBP are subject to current exchange rates, and PMU Society is not liable for these variations. Membership fees do not include costs for third-party software, such as phone and text message services or any additional software you may choose to use. By joining PMU Society, you acknowledge and agree to this pricing policy and accept that pricing adjustments do not invalidate or modify the terms of this agreement.
