PMU SOCIETY — TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) are entered into between Digital Scaling Solutions Ltd, operating as PMU Society, and the individual or business entity (“Member”) that joins, purchases, or accesses any PMU Society membership or books a call with PMU Society.
By joining, purchasing, participating, or booking a call, the Member agrees to these Terms in full.
1. Membership Structure
PMU Society provides membership-based access to digital systems, training, software, automation, strategy materials, and optional fulfilment support. Memberships are subscription-based and recurring.
Membership pricing is not listed in this Agreement. Pricing may vary at PMU Society’s sole discretion.
PMU Society may update, modify, or discontinue any membership tier at any time.
2. Annual Memberships (Introduced November 15, 2025)
Annual PMU Society memberships introduced or purchased on or after 15 November 2025 are subject to the following binding terms:
Strictly non-refundable in all circumstances.
Not eligible for any performance guarantee.
Pricing may vary and is not fixed.
Guarantee language contained elsewhere in this document does not apply.
3. Subscription Term, Billing, and Cancellation
Membership fees are billed on a recurring basis until cancelled by the Member.
All fees paid are final and non-refundable except where explicitly stated in Section 4 (Guarantee).
PMU Society may adjust membership fees at any time. Members will be notified prior to any adjustment.
Cancellation ends future billing but does not entitle the Member to refunds for previous charges.
4. Performance Guarantee (Applicable Only to Monthly Memberships Purchased on or After February 8, 2025)
The Guarantee applies only to qualifying monthly memberships. It does not apply to:
Annual memberships purchased on or after November 15, 2025
Any membership purchased prior to February 8, 2025
Members who fail any eligibility requirement
Members who fail to maintain required ad spend or system compliance
4.1 Guarantee Outcome
If all eligibility requirements are fully met and the Member does not achieve 30 total bookings within 90 days, PMU Society will issue:
A refund of program fees paid in the 90-day period
A goodwill reimbursement of £/$1,000
4.2 Eligibility Requirements (Strict)
All conditions must be satisfied without exception:
Ad Spend Requirement
Minimum daily Meta ad spend: £30 / $30 per day (≈$200/month) for 90 consecutive days.
Ad campaigns must begin within 7 days of joining.
System Setup Compliance
All onboarding tasks must be completed within 7 days of joining.
Evidence must be submitted no later than day 30.
Incomplete setup voids eligibility.
Pricing Integrity
No price manipulation to restrict bookings.
No price increases exceeding 20% during the 90-day period.
Required promotional offer (currently £/$100 off) must be actively run.
PMU Society may independently verify pricing.
Booking Requirements
Member must notify PMU Society of failure to hit 10+ bookings per month within 7 days of each 30-day cycle.
All bookings must be tracked within PMU Society systems.
Task Sheet Completion
Member must complete their task sheet and shown they have made an active effort to go through and apply the program.
Member must to deliver their complete task sheet to their account manager within the first 30 days.
Transparency & Data Access
Full access must be granted to calendars, CRM, booking systems, and ad accounts.
Any misrepresentation voids the Guarantee.
Failure of any single requirement voids the Guarantee.
5. Website Access & Hosting Terms
A PMU Society–branded website may be provided as part of active membership.
Website access is a licensed service, not ownership.
The platform is hosted and controlled by Digital Scaling Solutions Ltd.
5.1 After Cancellation
If membership is cancelled:
The Member may retain the website by paying $79/month for hosting.
Functionality may be reduced compared to active membership.
Failure to pay results in the website being taken offline after a 14-day grace period.
Members do not own the website platform, template, systems, software, or infrastructure.
PMU Society may update or modify or remove website functionality at any time.
6. Member Responsibilities
Members are responsible for:
Implementing all strategies and tasks
Providing accurate business information
Maintaining professional conduct
Using the PMU Society systems as instructed
Complying with advertising regulations in their region
PMU Society is not responsible for a Member’s business performance.
7. Intellectual Property
All systems, training, software, automations, processes, templates, and materials remain the exclusive property of PMU Society.
Members receive a revocable, non-transferable licence for their own use.
Redistribution, copying, or resale is prohibited.
8. Data Use, Permissions, and Contact Consent
By joining or booking a call, the Member authorizes:
Use of tracking technologies (Meta Pixel, Google tracking, CRM tracking)
Collection and processing of personal data for advertising, optimisation, and service delivery
Contact via email, phone, or SMS for service, follow-up, and promotional purposes
Sharing data with integrated third-party tools (e.g., Google, Meta, GHL, Calendars)
Data usage is governed by the Privacy Policy.
9. Testimonials and Results Usage
By joining, the Member grants PMU Society:
A perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free licence to use testimonials, results, performance improvements, screenshots, statements, or success stories in marketing or promotional content.
10. Disclaimer of Liability
PMU Society provides services “as-is” and makes no guarantees beyond Section 4.
PMU Society is not liable for:
Business risks
Financial losses
Market fluctuations
Ad performance
No-shows or cancellations
Software downtime or outages
Third-party system issues
Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
Loss of data, profit, or business opportunity
System uptime is not guaranteed.
Temporary interruptions may occur.
Members use all PMU Society systems at their own risk.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
Governed by the laws of England and Wales
All disputes resolved through binding arbitration
Arbitration location: England
No class actions permitted
12. Modification of Terms
PMU Society may modify these Terms at any time. Continued membership constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
13. Acknowledgement
By joining PMU Society or booking a call, the Member confirms:
They have read and understood these Terms
They accept full responsibility for their business outcomes
They understand PMU Society is not liable for business performance
They agree to all conditions listed above
