No Automated Takedown Requests

Takedown requests must be reviewed by a trained professional. If you outsource this process, ensure your provider does not use automated bots to submit bulk takedown notices, as such notices are often invalid and may result in wrongful content removal.

DMCA Takedown Notice Process

If you believe someone is using your copyrighted content without authorization on PMU Society or Digital Scaling Solutions, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice via email to [email protected]. While attachments are allowed, we request that you also include a plain-text version of your notice in the email body.

Required Information for a DMCA Notice

To submit a valid DMCA takedown notice, you must provide the following details:

A physical or electronic signature (typing your full name is sufficient) of the copyright owner or authorized representative.Identification of the copyrighted work allegedly infringed (e.g., a link to your original work or a detailed description).Identification of the infringing material, including sufficient details to allow us to locate it on our platform.Your contact information, including your address, phone number, and email address.A statement asserting that you have a good faith belief that the material’s use is unauthorized.A statement that the information provided is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
