The guarantee target is 45 bookings during the 90-day period beginning seven days after joining, subject to the agreed conditions.
For monthly and first-90-days memberships, if we don't get you there in 90 days, you get your membership fees back in full: setup, monthly fees and anything paid up front for those 90 days. Annual memberships are not covered by the guarantee and are not eligible for a refund under it. Your ad spend and phone credits aren't refunded, because they go to Meta and the phone network, not to us.

Yes. We work with solo artists as well as studios. The call starts with your portfolio, diary and goals, so we can focus on what would make a difference to your business.
Do I need to be struggling with bookings?
No. You might want more lip blush clients, better margins or fewer evenings spent answering enquiries. We’ll look at the next stage you want for your business.
How much do I need to do myself?
You share your work, complete onboarding, approve the agreed offer and keep your appointment availability up to date. We agree the marketing, enquiry and booking support we’ll handle for your studio before you join.
Is the PMU Profit Plan call free?
Yes. Your 45-minute call is free. We’ll look at your booking journey, prices and capacity. If our support is a fit, we’ll explain the programme fee and separate advertising budget.
